The Nebraska track and field team saw success on Saturday at the same facility where the Big Ten Indoor Championships will be held at in February in Ann Arbor, Michigan, at the Simmons-Harvey Big Ten Invitational.
Led by Ieva Turke, the Huskers collected five individual titles, with four individual victories coming on the women's side and one relay title from the men. Turke had a career day with a win in the long jump and a runner-up finish in the triple jump.
She set an indoor personal best in the long jump with a mark of 19-7, and she also set an indoor PR in the triple jump at 41-7 ¾.
