The Nebraska athletic department will unveil an updated version of Memorial Stadium renovation plans early in 2025, Husker Athletic Director Troy Dannen said on his monthly radio show Monday night.
NU in May went back to the drawing board after hitting pause on the original $450 million renovation spearheaded by former A.D. Trev Alberts.
While Dannen said in May that Nebraska was going to explore whether all of the 23,000-seat South Stadium wedge had to be torn down — as the Alberts’ vision intended — Dannen confirmed Monday that any future plans will feature a complete teardown.
