Last year, the Huskers were the No. 13 seed and were eliminated in the very first game of the five-day Big Ten Conference Tournament, ending a seven-win season. This year, the Huskers are one of the biggest surprises in college women's basketball and don't even have to play until Day 3 of the tournament after earning the No. 3 seed and a double-bye into the quarterfinals.
