Stoll ready to go to work as a Husker tight end

Always remember where the journey began.

For Jack Stoll, the starting point was in third grade. He was that undersized right tackle who didn't play all that much in the old AYL. That'd be the Arapahoe Youth League.

Undersized maybe, but the kid studied his cousins. Saw how competitive they were playing football. Hey, you know what, he just might have that fire within him, too.

By freshman year of high school, he knew he had it. He was in love with the game. "It's a sport where you have to put 110 percent into it to really be successful," Stoll said.
