Danny Langsdorf clearly was in his element.

"A lot of stuff goes down in here," the second-year Nebraska offensive coordinator said Wednesday as he sat near the head of a long conference table in the offense's meeting room adjacent to his office at Memorial Stadium.

Langsdorf is looking forward to a family vacation in Idaho. He'll soon be "off the grid for a few weeks," he said with a grin. But you always get a distinct feeling he enjoys his work immensely. He should be enjoying it right now. In the sublime quiet of summer, he can ponder how to best use the many weapons in the Huskers' offense.
