Nebraska offensive coordinator Danny Langsdorf last week noticed Eric Crouch showing people around North Stadium.
Langsdorf wisely seized an opportunity, asking the all-time Husker great to address NU's quarterbacks.
"Eric told them a story about his battle with (Bobby Newcombe) and how it didn't always go his way early on," Langsdorf said Wednesday. "It was a great story about continuing to help out and be a great teammate. That was how Eric said he became a better leader -- by how he gelled with the line and other guys on the team by having a good attitude and continuing to work.
