O'Brien and Wentz are almost identical in size, and O'Brien had a tiny Eagles football in his crib when he was born because his father is a Philadelphia native.

Then there's this: Wentz wasn't a full-time starter at North Dakota State until his junior season in 2014. In other words, Wentz had to have a measure of patience.

"I feel like my style is kind of like his in a way," Nebraska's backup quarterback said. "He's able to run around a little bit. His measurements (6-foot-5, 237 pounds) are almost exactly the same as mine. Hopefully, I can be like him one day.
