Eichorst, the fourth-year Nebraska athletic director, might as well be one of the Wallendas, such is the daunting nature of the balancing act he's overseeing as the person ultimately responsible for the football program.
His hand-picked head coach, Mike Riley, is in the midst of establishing a culture in his program following a 6-7 finish in 2015.
