Nebraska's Jaz Shelley dished out an assist to help Australia roll to an 88-58 victory over Korea in the bronze medal game at the 2021 FIBA Asia Cup in Amman, Jordan on Sunday.
Shelley, a 5-9 guard from Moe, Australia, saw four minutes and 30 seconds of action against Korea as the only active collegiate player on the Opal roster. She did not play in Australia's 67-65 semifinal loss Saturday to Japan, which went on to gold with a 78-73 win over previously unbeaten China in Sunday's final.
