EUGENE, Ore. - Nebraska freshman high jumper Jenna Rogers tied for sixth at the NCAA Outdoor Championships at Hayward Field on Saturday to conclude the meet.
Rogers cleared 6-0 (1.83m) to finish in a tie for sixth and earn first-team All-America honors for the second time this year. The Big Ten indoor and outdoor champion was also an indoor first-team All-American after finishing seventh.
With Rogers' finish - combined with Maddie Harris' silver medal in the javelin and Axelina Johansson's bronze medal in the shot put - the Husker women scored 16 team points to finish in 14th place in the team standings.
