According to ESPN's Jeff Goldman, Nebraska assistant coach Chris Harriman has accepted the Associate Head Coach position at New Mexico. Harriman has been at Nebraska for he past three seasons, coming over from Saint Louis when Tim Miles took the position in Lincoln.

Harriman was instrumental in the recruitment of Tai Webster and recently signed Jack McVeigh. Harriman, a native of Australia was able to secure the New Zealand and Aussie recruits with his connections in the region.
