Nebraska running back Tre Bryant (18) didn't participate in workouts during football practice on Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2017, at Hawks Championship Center. Bryant went off injured in the fourth quarter of the game against Oregon on Saturday.

Riley confirmed Thursday evening that the Huskers will be without a trio of starters on Saturday against Northern Illinois at Memorial Stadium.
Sophomore running back Tre Bryant (knee), senior safety Joshua Kalu (hamstring) and senior right tackle David Knevel (ankle) will all miss the game due to injury.
