Nebraska's players are anxious to take the field again after last week's heartbreaker at Northwestern, Husker coach Scott Frost said Thursday.
"I've said this before, but after the Purdue game the culture started pointing in the right direction," Frost said. "Guys are having fun playing football."
That's helped as the Huskers prepare to face Minnesota as a home favorite despite still searching for their first win.
"The guys are ready to play. Gosh they were so close (against Northwestern)," Frost said. "They want to get out there and do a little more. We were ahead for 55 minutes, but we didn't play a 55-minute game.
