Rapid Reaction: Nothing held back during coaches clinic; Lightbourn working on kickoffs

The Nebraska football team wrapped up its 10th practice of the spring Saturday morning at the Hawks Championship Center, and the countdown is officially on to next Saturday's spring game.

Several hundred high school coaches attended the workout as part of the school's annual coaches clinic.

Here are some notes from Saturday's media availability, in which defensive assistants and several players were available:

* Sophomore left tackle Brenden Jaimes added 10 pounds over the winter to get to about 290 and said his goal is to start the season right around 300. The Austin, Texas native said he’s more comfortable on the left side and thinks he and left guard Jerald Foster are beginning to form a nice chemistry.
