Several former Huskers made an impact in the NFL this weekend.
Brett Maher made headlines on Sunday when he booted home a 38 yard field goal as time expired to lift the Cowboys over the Lions (26-23). Maher piled up 14 points in the victory, connecting on all four of his field goals and on both of his extra point attempts. His longest kick of the day was 43 yards.
Quincy Enunwa and Spencer Long continued their stellar seasons with the Jets. Enunwa extended his streak as the Jets leading receiver, hauling in four catches for 66 yards.
