Several former Huskers made an impact in the NFL this weekend.
Former Blackshirt, Prince Amukamara, was a ball hawking corner on Sunday. He created three turnovers, forcing two fumbles and recording one interception against the Lions. Amukamara also disrupted the Detroit offense with eight tackles and two pass deflections.
Ndamukong Suh started at nose tackle against the Seahawks and participated in 88 percent of the defensive snaps, while also playing in six special team plays. He racked up nine tackles, a half sack for 3.5 yards and three quarterback hurries in the win.
Brett Maher accounted for nine points in the Cowboys victory over the Eagles.
