Offensive linemen Alex Lewis (Jets), Richie Incognito (Raiders) and Nick Gates (Giants) highlighted the Huskers offensively in the NFL last weekend. Both Lewis and Incognito started at left guard on their respective teams while Gates started at center. All three played the entire game.
Defensively, Lavonte David (Buccaneers) and Nate Gerry (Eagles) were the top Blackshirts. David led the Bucs with 11 tackles and two TFLs, while Gerry paced the Eagles with 10 tackles and two TFLs.
Sam Koch (Ravens) was the special teams standout, punting three times for 125 yards, averaging 42 yards per punt. His longest punt of the day was 49 yards, and two of his three punts were downed inside the 20-yard line.
