Devine Ozigbo says the new fast-paced spread offense for the Nebraska football team reminds him of backyard football — within a system, of course — and now doesn’t that bring back some fun memories of your youth for many people.
And the Husker running back feels like he’s a good fit for the offense, and that’s a good thing because 2018 will be his senior season and he’s got some big goals for it.
“It’s fun,” said Ozigbo last week of the Huskers’ offense. “It gives a lot of players the opportunity to touch the ball in space, and be able to play kind of like backyard football, within a system.
