The No. 2 Buckeyes got a good test at home from a surprisingly game group of Gophers. Urban Meyer’s team got some separation and hung on to remain squarely in the playoff hunt. The defense gives up too many big plays, but at some point you’re picking nits with OSU, which travels to Purdue this weekend.
The No. 6 Wolverines put maybe their most complete performance to date together against Wisconsin. Michigan controlled the game throughout and pulled away in the second half. Who wants to deal with Jim Harbaugh’s team right now? Next up is a road trip to in-state rival Michigan State.
