Jessie Graff’s Wednesday was a little strange. In the physical world, she tended to her garden before a scheduled meeting about designing a line of skorts modeled after the superhero outfits she’s worn during her high-flying appearances on the breakout NBC show, “American Ninja Warrior.”
Online, she was getting emails every 20 minutes or so from friends and family, alerting her to another story on big-time websites about her. This week, Graff, a former University of Nebraska-Lincoln pole vaulter who’s gone on to a career as a stuntwoman and, now, a "Ninja" contestant, made some show history.
