To nobody’s surprise, South Dakota coach Amy Williams has emerged as an early candidate to replace Connie Yori as Nebraska women’s basketball coach.
A source close to the situation confirmed Wednesday there’s been dialogue between Nebraska and Williams, a former Nebraska player who just completed her fourth season as head coach at South Dakota.
