Nebraska’s last time out on the hardwood was far from anything anyone wanted to see. A lead lost, a comeback that fell short, and a Britt Prince injury. Prince landed on Adalia McKenzie’s foot after attempting a three late in the game against Illinois on Sunday and is now considered day-to-day.
One positive that came from that game was Alexis Markowski tying her career high in points with 28. Markowski is just 11 points away from joining Nebraska’s top 10 career scorers (1,767).
