Now, this is the team that we had gotten used to watching in January. The Huskers were aggressive, relentless, and looked like they were loving every minute of it (even when they were behind.) We saw balanced scoring and good ball movement on offense to go with solid defense. They didn’t panic when they got behind by double digits in the first quarter. They put their heads down and made one play at a time until they turned the game completely upside down.
This was a really nice win for the ladies and one that helps solidify a tournament resume.
