Last week the Husker’s offense struggled to get anything going against South Alabama. Luckily, the defensive came through in a way that they hadn’t since the 2017 season. They scored. Twice. Add in a special teams touchdown from JD Spielman and Nebraska was able to walk away with a win.
Husker fans it’s time to look ahead to a new week and a new team, Colorado. The Huskers go on their first road game of the 2019 season to Boulder on Saturday.
The rivalry with Colorado was renewed last year and it looks to be as fierce as ever.
