Nebraska is coming off a 4 set win against a strong Kentucky Wildcats team on Tuesday night. That was quite a night for the first games of the 2024 season! We also saw #6 Louisville take down #3 Wisconsin and I think Husker Nation was pretty happy to see that.
Rebekah Allick and Bergen Reilly both earned All-Star selections from the AVCA First Serve Showcase. Reilly was named Best Setter. Allick was named Best Middle Blocker and also the MVP as well.
Rebekah Allick’s performance is definitely worth noting. She had 11 kills on 15 attempts and ended the night hitting .
