Husker recruits in California continue to put up some big numbers this prep season.
Wide receiver Derrion Grim is setting state records with McNair High School in Stockton, California.
He had three more touchdown catches Friday to set a state record for touchdowns in a season. He currently has 28 though eight games.
Grim also is about 100 yards shy of setting a state record in receiving yards for a season.
He finished with six catches for 96 yards in McNair's 40-6 win against Edison. He also returned a kickoff for another score.
"I like to think I'm a balanced receiver, because I've got good speed and I also can fight through tackles," Grim told the Stockton Record following the game.
