Nebraska’s Connor Culp was chosen as the Bakken-Andersen Kicker of the Year by the Big Ten conference today. He was first team all-Big Ten as chosen by the coaches and media.
Culp has hit 13-of-15 field goals this season, and perfect on 16 PATs. He leads the conference in field goals per game with 1.9, and is second in field goal accuracy at 86.7 percent.
He hit a 49-yard field goal against Purdue, going 3-for-3 in that game. He went 3-for-3 against Penn State. Maybe if he goes 3-for-3 against Rugers, Nebraska can come away with a much-needed victory.
