While the Huskers are working hard to try and turnaround the 2018 season, the coaching staff is working hard towards the future as well. As part of that work, the Nebraska football team offered one of the best players, let along wide receivers in the 2020 class.
Troy Omeire announced on his Twitter account that he had received an official scholarship offer from the Cornhuskers. Hailing from Sugar Land, Texas, he’s considered a 4-star prospect by 247Sports composite rankings.
Omeire is also considered the 11th best player in the entire state of Texas for the 2020 class and the 18th best wide receiver in the entire class.
