The one that started this series. Our beloved basketball writer, Patrick Gerhart, dropped this recipe in our slack chatroom and my idea for this series sprouted. I have asked for “Nebraska Inspired Recipes” three times and now the list is up to 11 recipes. Do not be afraid to send some more in.
My Process
It was actually pretty simple.
Make some meatballs. Brown them in a pan. Then place the browned meatballs in a baking dish. Mix some Dorothy Lynch and Cream of Mushroom Soup and then pour it over the meatballs. Bake for 30 minutes at 325, then pull it out put slices of swiss cheese over the top and put it back into the oven.
