Nebraska has made some monumental leaps in talent acquisition on both the defensive and offensive sides of the ball with newly crowned starter Dylan Raiola leading the charge of the new brigade. One almost forgets the giant hole the offensive was in last season with average quarterback play and no college-ready receivers to throw to.
Marcus Satterfield was dusting off the 90s playbook to run options plays to gain yards. It was that bad. Fast forward to today and the wide receiver room looks replenished with talent that will give Raiola ample large bodies to aim at. The running back room, however, looks very much the same as it did before, which is nothing against the players in the room, but I question the yards they can produce.
