As you can attest to, Nebraska Football has had an up-and-down season. So too, have some of its players. One of them includes offensive lineman Trent Hixson. However, he is turning around his season in a good way.
Hixson figures to be a big part of the offensive line on Saturday against Purdue. That is quite a turnaround from when he was quite literally run over on the last play of the game against Minnesota on October 12. However, as offensive line coach Greg Austin told the media on Wednesday, Hixson has been improving.
This is great news to hear, especially since Hixson is a sophomore.
