If the Nebraska football team wants to land its top quarterback target for the 2019 class, it’s going to need to get him to Lincoln. The plan was thought to be that the target, Michael Johnson, would indeed be heading to town sometime this week or weekend.
Now, reports have surfaced that say the dual-threat star has decided not to come. That’s the bad news.
The good news, if there is some, is that the Cornhuskers aren’t losing out to any other schools. Johnson isn’t skipping out on a planned visit to see Scott Frost and company for another school.
