Thursday, Iowa Western center Joshua Wegner announced he would be walking on to play for Nebraska Football. He made the announcement via social media.
Wegner is the nation’s top center on the junior college football circuit per rankings from JCGridiron.com. According to a report from the Omaha World-Herald, he will work on recovering from a torn ligament before reporting to campus for conditioning in the summertime.
