It’s always exciting to check and see how Nebraska football alumni are doing, and for Tommy Armstrong, things are heating up in the Indoor Football league. Playing for the Nebraska Danger, Armstrong and the team had their second game on Saturday against the Green Bay Blizzard.
After recording a win in his first game, it did not go as smoothly for Armstrong and company. Losing by a narrow 53-52 margin, Armstrong had a little bit of trouble reading the Blizzard defense. He went 14-of-23 on the evening, throwing for 134 yards two touchdowns and two interceptions. He also was sacked one time.
