Mills has been committed to Oklahoma since last July. He is a 6-1, 165 pounder, so he can definitely add some beef to his frame.
Mills is a four-star wide receiver from Homestead High School in Florida. Nebraska’s wide receiver class for 2025 is loaded. On3’s composite rates him as the 19th best receiver, the 137th-best player nationally.
