With the Nebraska Football season coming to a close, the postseason accolades have begun to trickle in. For three Nebraska football seniors, they have been invited to the Shrine Bowl. Defensive ends Khalil and Carlos Davis as well as cornerback Lamar Jackson are going to the game, slated for the middle of January.
Khalil played in 36 games in his Nebraska Football career. His best season was this year, as he recorded 44 tackles and eight sacks as well as a pass deflection in 11 games played. Carlos played in 46 games for Nebraska Football.
