While the Nebraska football team prepares for its game against Troy, it got a bit of bad news. Tiawan Mullen announced where he plans on playing next year and it won’t be in Lincoln.
Mullen foreshadowed his decision earlier on Thursday morning when he said he would be picking between three teams. It’s a safe bet most Husker fans felt like they had a very good chance of landing the defensive back.
It appears Mullen couldn’t wait any longer, as he actually jumped the gun a bit on when he was planning on announcing. When he did finally announce, he said he was going to be an Indiana Hoosier.
