The accolades keep rolling in for members of Nebraska football’s 2019 recruiting class, signaling that head coach Scott Frost did a great job on the recruiting trail. Late Thursday, it was announced that Nick Henrich was named to the USA Today Nebraska high school defensive first team as a linebacker.
In 2018, he played in nine games and totaled 96 tackles. That averages out to 10.9 tackles per game. He recorded 19.5 tackles for a loss. He proved to be an effective pass rusher recording four sacks. To think that these were his statistics even when he missed a couple games this season is astounding.
