The Nebraska football team’s current stable of quarterbacks are not prototypical Scott Frost offense quarterbacks. They were brought to the Huskers to play in Mike Riley’s offense and they would fit that offense quite well.
Having said that, the team might need to think outside the box a bit in order to get someone under center next year. Frost’s coaching staff is already working overtime to get players in here by the fall but there’s a question as to whether either of the players they’ve offered so far could be the starter.
Tennesee commit and current Husker visitor Adrian Martinez is talented but will be a true freshman.
