The Nebraska football team was back on the practice field Monday for spring practice and in addition to the media, the Huskers also had a quarterback recruit in for a visit in dual-threat signal caller Demartrius Davis.
Davis is unranked right now because he is part of the 2021 class, however, the 5-foot-11 quarterback from the state of Texas has already attracted plenty of offers as the Huskers are one of 19 teams that have offered him a scholarship.
Nebraska has offered a number of quarterback prospects from the 2021 class but Davis is the first to visit and after watching the Huskers practice Monday, the young quarterback said he liked what he saw from Scott Frost‘s offense.
