The 3-star prospect announced he received an official offer on Monday afternoon. The offer signifies that Kirks’ profile is getting quite large and has been growing quickly over the last few weeks.
The rush end hails from Cleveland, Ohio and while Ohio State hasn’t come calling just yet, there are plenty of other Big Ten teams that have given him official offers. That includes Iowa and Wisconsin.
