Former Nebraska football star Randy Gregory is hoping he’s got one more chance at his NFL future. The defensive lineman, with a ton of talent and a rather severe drug abuse problem, sent out a tweet earlier this week that seems to indicate he’s going to get another shot at his football dreams.
Gregory missed all of last season after failing a third drug test in two years. Since being suspended “indefinitely” he’s apparently been doing all the right things to get back into the league.
The NFL.com’s Jane Slater detailed out what he had done so far, ahead of a meeting with NFL commissioner Roger Goodell this week.
