While the Nebraska football coaching staff is busy going after new recruits, they are also shoring up relationships with some “old” ones. Jordan Johnson is one such player who announced the Cornhuskers coaching staff had reiterated their interest in him.
Johnson spread the news on Wednesday afternoon and there’s good reason why the Huskers would want to make sure he knows he’s a top target of Frost and company.
Johnson is one of the top recruits in the 2020 class, according to 247Sports. While there isn’t yet a composite rating for the wide receiver, the individual ratings have him ranked as the second-best player in the state of Missouri for his class.
