It’s taken a couple games, but Nebraska Football running back Dedrick Mills is beginning to find his groove. He had 12 carries for 45 yards and two touchdowns on Saturday against Illinois. It certainly was great to see him reach the end zone a couple of times.
For the season, he has rushed the football 46 times for 229 yards and five touchdowns. Perhaps the most impressive number out of all of that is his yards per carry. He has averaged five yards per carry, and has certainly made the most of his rushes considering the offensive line has struggled at times this season.
