Cam Jurgens is getting high praise from a former Nebraska Football legend. Center Dave Rimington talked about Jurgens a little bit to the media over the weekend, and he certainly had some high praise. However, he also noted some things that the redshirt freshman has to work on.
Rimington was good at his craft in his own right. He won the Outland Trophy in 1981 and 1982. Head coach Scott Frost said in the fall of 2018 that Jurgens could be the next Remington. Although it may seem like a bold statement, especially with his problems snapping the football this season, it could happen.
