Just days after the Nebraska football team suffered a decommit of a running back from their 2019 class, Husker Nation is holding its collective breath. One of other two running back commits in the class, Ronald Thompkins left his season-opening game for Grayson with an apparent knee injury.
The game was supposed to be a way for Thompkins and his teammates to show what they can do on a national stage. Grayson played Tucker on ESPN2 on Saturday night.
Thompkins team did show they could take an opponent to the woodshed. Grayson won the game 48-7.
