In what was not a surprise move, Nebraska football wide receiver JD Spielman transferred from the program on Monday. This certainly leaves work for the Nebraska football offense.
When you consider his impact on the program, he undoubtedly made a mark in the passing game. From being the first Nebraska football wide receiver to have three 800-yard seasons, to being the second receiver all-time with eight-100-yard games, he truly left his mark on the program. He was a deep ball threat, and he could spread the field.
Now, the Nebraska football program will have to plan for life without him.
