Looking to extend their winning way in midweek games this season, the Nebraska baseball team took a bus ride to Omaha tonight to continue their rivalry against the Creighton Bluejays. Ryan Harrahill, the sophomore from Elkhorn North, earned the start with a couple of solid performances in recent games. He faced off against another righthander for Creighton, Shea Wendt.
After a 1-2-3 Cornhusker first, the Bluejays jumped out to a quick lead at The Chuck as Tate Gillen greeted Harrahill with a lead-off double. Harrahill then hit Dakota Duffalo. Three-hole hitter Nolan Sailors drove in Gillen and advanced Duffalo to third.
