Nebraska Basketball: Amir Harris injury shatters remaining depth of team

It seems like the injury bug just keeps on biting Nebraska basketball, and some news on Monday would do nothing to shake that notion. Freshman guard Amir Harris suffered a knee injury in Sunday’s regular season finale victory over Iowa. Now, it looks like he may be out for the foreseeable future.

Per a report from Michael Bruntz of 247Sports, head coach Tim Miles said Monday that Harris would likely miss the Big 10 Tournament after injuring the meniscus in his left knee. For a team already struggling with a lack of depth, this is a huge injury that could have major implications.
