You could feel a buzz building this entire week throughout a Nebraska team, the stadium, and the fan base throughout the state and beyond. Nebraska lost their first game of the 2024 Big Ten Tournament, and you could feel and see a let down in the number of fans showing up for the next game. But then they won, and won, and won again, and before you know it, the fans started to believe. And when Josh Caron hit home run number 5 in game 2 against Indiana, you could feel the entirety of the program and fan base was ready to take on a Penn State team that has been as hot as anyone over the last two and a half weeks.
